A number of rules of conduct apply within Plons in order to prevent cross-border behaviour by and between Plons executives, members and persons who are directly involved. See our Code of conduct for a safe climate for sport.
What is counted as cross-border behaviour?
Cross-border behaviour includes:
- aggression and violence
- discrimination
- bullying and exclusion
- sexual harassment and abuse
- match fixing
- doping use
The following people are included as executives: board members, committee members, trainers, supervisors, etc. Those directly involved include supporters, partners of executives or members, employees of a swimming pool and officials at competitions.
